How to fix "You should extend your support period"

Dear Friends,

If you see "You should extend your support period " message when you are trying to access Infinity-Box support area this means that your support period is expired.

How to renew support period (and fix "You should extend your support period" problem):
1. Login to your Online Service account
2. Go to "Products price list and Addons" menu
3. Enter your Infinity-Box S/N (8 symbols) near "Infinity-Box 1 year updates/support" line
4. Click to "Buy" button


If you do not have enough Infinity-Credits on your account:
1. contact to your Reseller for purchasing credits
2. Give to your reseller your Infinity-Box Serial Number (S/N)
3. Login to your Online Service account and you will see credits on your account


If you do not want to renew by yourself - any reseller can renew support period for your Infinity-Box Dongle:
1. Contact to your Reseller with request to renew your support period
2. Give to your reseller your Online Service Login (10 symbols)
3. Reseller will renew support period via his reseller Online Service

Never give your Online Service Password to anyone !

Если Вы видите текст "You should extend your support period " при попытке доступа на суппорт, это означает, что суппорт необходимо продлить.

Как продлить суппорт (и убрать сообщение "You should extend your support period"):
1. Зайдите в Ваш Online Service
2. Зайдите в меню "Products price list and Addons"
3. Введите серийный номер Вашего бокса (8 символов) в строке "Main Infinity-Box 1 year updates/support"
4. Нажмите на кнопку "Buy"


Если у Вас недостаточно кредитов для данной операции:
1. Обратитесь к Вашему реселлеру для покупки кредитов
2. Сообщите реселлеру Ваш логин для Online Service (10 символов)
3. Реселлер пополнит Ваш счет в Online Service

ВНИМАНИЕ: Никогда и никому не давайте Ваш пароль для Online Service !
