cm2 cant open (help)

hello, i buy a new dongle cm2 but the pc can't open it.
the first is when i open cm2mtk and the other spd qlm..
the message '"file damaged or manipulated and w'll not work anymore!
obtain new version on www.infinity-box.com"
and the second it's when i open cm2cm
"file corrupteded!. this program has been manilated and maybe it's infected by a virus or cracked. this file won't work anymore"
any solution
i don't use any antivirus

You should check your PC for viruses, remove viruses, then download software from support and install it again.
