Smart-Card - damaged, can not be updated/repaired any more - REPLACEMENT
If your Smart-Card become damaged and you want to buy another one:
- You should know old/damaged Smart-Card Serial Number
- To verify that you are legal owner of old/damaged Smart-Card you should know e-mail address that was used during Box/Dongle Registration
- Old (damaged) Smart-Card will be blocked
- If your old (damaged) Smart-Card had Activations it can be moved to new Smart-Card
What to do:
- Contact by e-mail to card [at] infinity-box.com with Replacement request
- Provide your old (damaged) Smart-Card Serial Number and e-mail address that was used during Box/Dongle Registration
