Dongle/Smart-Card is lost, damaged or stolen

If you Dongle/Smart-Card become lost, damaged or stolen it's possible to block old dongle and transfer activations and support time to another Dongle/Smart-Card.

What to do:

Send an e-mail to help@infinity-box.com and provide OLD S/N and NEW S/N

Dongle/Smart-Card S/N can be found in software log files at your PC.
To verify that you are legal owner of old/damaged Dongle/Smart-Card you should know e-mail address that was used during Box/Dongle Registration
