You can renew support (and activate new software) for any Infinity-Box, even for box released in year 2005.
How to renew support and use latest software updates, CM2 etc.:

If you have credits at your IOS account:
- login to your IOS account - https://www.infinity-box.com/service/
- go to `Products` menu
- select `Infinity-Box/Dongle 1 year Updates/Support Renew`
- enter your S/N

If you do not have credits at your IOS account:
- contact to your seller - https://www.infinity-box.com/buy/

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
1. Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
2. Install latest Infinity software updates
3. Run DongleManager
4. Update Dongle firmware


Only ONE update try is allowed !
In case of problem DO NOT update card again !
