This text on bootlogo means phone selftest fail due to faulty RAM.
It's HARDWARE fault.
You can't repair it with new firware.
You can't repair it with filesystem format.
You can't repair it with wipe.

DDR bist solution:
1. Open your phone
2. Replace FLASH/RAM chip
3. Make another hardware repair, f.e. replace water damaged components or resolder another PCB parts
