Your dongle is Ok and well working.
What is "not working best2" means ?
Have you copied licence file to folder with BEST2 exe ?

My program(best2 ) open ok, the drivers are installed, but when I want to flash . cable that I connect to the phone, the phone turns on and starts charging don't connect to best 2 help please . nokia ta 1114 and nokia 1034, pls help me daniyalbarani@gmail.com
