- image #1 is a picture with 12-symbols unlock-number
- image #2 is a picture with Mi ID
- image #3 is a picture with imei1 + imei2
1. Prepare device
- Power-Off phone
- Hold Volume Up + Power buttons, when you will see MI on a screen, release Power button and contionue to hold Volume Up untill you will see Recovery mode
- Select Wipe Data and reset phone to factory defaults
2. Make an image with 12-symbols unlock-number:
- DO NOT connect phone to Internet/WiFi !
- Click 10 times to Lock sign, you will see 12-symbols code (unlock-number)
or 
3. Make an image with Mi ID:
- Press "Activate this device" button and you will see white screen with Mi ID, it will be like (123****456)
4. Make an image with imei1 + imei2:
- Download Mi Flash Pro
- Power-Off phone
- Hold Volume Up + Power buttons, when you will see MI on a screen, release Power button and contionue to hold Volume Up untill you will see Recovery mode
- select `Connect with MIAssistant`
- connect unit to PC
- login with ANY Mi ID
- two imeis should be visible in `Recovery` section
- if you don't see imei click to `Refresh Device`
Note: In case of problem with imei reading via software just remove back cover and make a photo of IMEI1 sticker or screen with imei.
Note: If you see owner message at screen - go to Recovery menu and make Wipe. After that it will be no message any more and you can make photos.
