Hello, thank you for the information.

I managed to get the factory signed firmware, I have DL agent and preloader, if it would help you in any way, I can share the files.

So, the situation:
I sent the files to the above email, they instructed me to ask questions here at forum.gsmhosting.com

I registered, the registration went well, I activated the account, but I still can't post

Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. Are you trying to edit someone else's post, access administrative features or some other privileged system?
If you are trying to post, the administrator may have disabled your account, or it may be awaiting activation.

I contacted the support, but they again just referred me to the mentioned forum, that I should send requests there, but as no one told me :D the forum admins are not responding.

I don't deal with it anymore, I'll return the device, I'm sick of it.

The dongle is perfectly fine, I only have it for personal use, never shared it or thought about it,
I'm only concerned with chipset support and unfortunately I'm a little pressed for time :(

Work about new features is in progress, as soon as something will be ready you will see news here https://infinity-box.com/news/
No promises about estimated release time, you can check news from time to time.
