In case of DIAG mode failure, f.e. software stop at

Reset Interface...

1. DO NOT Disconnect Cable, keep phone connected
2. Open PC Device Manager and find two unknown devices

3. Make right mouse click, select [Update Driver] and follow the next steps:

Now disconnect cable
