Infinity Box Dongle [CM2] [BEST] Support

Hello!
Today I tried to update my Infinity-Box but faced this error. Now Softwares are unable to detect box. Any solution?

Any solution?

Hi,
This card is from year 2007, it's 15 years old, it may be card hardware fault.

Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box

If problem still exist:
- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

Problem fixed by Updating box firmware on other PC.
