Infinity Box Dongle #CM2 [BEST] Support

#CM2 save process history, also called log, to text file. You can open text in any text editor.
You can use software log text to see your jobs history and get full info about your tasks and f.e. firmware version that was installed in device before your tries.

To access log files click to [Logs] button at bottom of softwsre window.
Log files are stored at your HDD, it's text files and you can open it with Notepad. See /CM2MT2/log/ or /CM2SP3/log/ directory.


Also you can click to [Issue] button to upload logs directly to support chat:

Make Right Mouse Click to log window and select [View logs] or use [Logs] button
