How to get help:

1. Write TEXT but not photo
2. What is the device name?
3. What was the problem with the device BEFORE you touch it?
4. What is the problem NOW?
5. Install Telegram Desktop and copy/paste software operation log text but not photo


Where to find software operation log text:

1. Open directory with software f.e. C:/InfinityBox/CM2MT2/log/
2. You will see log files:


3. Use Notepad or Notepad++ and open file
4. Copy/Paste text related to operation


For older software versions log text is in C:/InfinityBox/CM2.../operation.log file:
