"Authentication failed" probelm & solution

After you have changed your Online Service Password you must adjust [BEST] software configuration:

How to fix "Authentication failed":
If you are using [BEST] software version 1.58 or older you should edit file best.ini
If you are using [BEST] software version 1.59 or newer (1.59, 1.60, 1.61, 1.62 etc.) you should edit file settings.ini

Edit configuration file name: open it with any text editor, f.e. use Notepad or Wordpad

login= write here "Online Account Username" from "DongleManager"
password= write here "Online Account Password" from "DongleManager" or new password (if you have changed it in Online Service)

Alternatively you can upload SL3 Unlock Job (SHA, BCL files) to server with SL3 Job Uploader software without Dongle: https://www.infinity-box.com/support/?r ... =software/

Also you can check your account Balance with this software.
