Infinity Team Please Help

nfinity Team Please Help, I can not able to enter Support area.

I Active my Infinity-Box:Registration/Expiration (YYYY-MM-DD):
2009-10-20 10:19:56 2011-04-20 10:19:56

I Update my Infinity-Box but can not enter Support area.

Here is Detailes:

It looks like you should extend your support period to be able to access support area with flash files and to use latest software updates.
