Best 2 on windows 10 64bit

on my PC best2 open and go in setup smart card alcor , the drivers are installed, but when I want to flash . cable that I connect to the phone, the phone turns on and starts charging don't connect to best 2 help please . nokia ta 1114 and nokia 1034, pls help me

You should install all phone drivers first

I installed all the drivers. I installed everything in the world. I tested on two laptops
. I deleted it again. I changed the cable.
But when I connect the phone, for a moment port com connects and disconnects and the phone starts charging. My antivirus is off.
