after activate cm2 in best cm2mt2 not working

running cm2mt2 i have this massage
dongle firmware version :0138
dongle firmware version is outdated
download dongle manager from support and update firmware
when update my smard card with dongle manager i have this massage
Server answer:[0007] No updates found for your Smart-Card. DO NOT try more today !
