Hello Infinity Team,
I have a question regarding the Infinity-Box Dongle support extension,
on 8/12/2022 I ordered and paid Support activation for Infinity-Box for 2 years "Serial No (S/N): 4B361D8D" from the seller Multi-COM Ltd.

but I still see Expired: 17-Dec-2022 on my account,
I updated the firmware on 12-12-2022 23:34:15
"Service stage 1 confirmed"
Since there are two days left, I would like to solve it as soon as possible, the seller has not yet responded to the email.
