1) to hard reset phone and make unlock
If still no luck - 2) upgrade phone firmware and then make unlock

The process failed after a couple of attempts. After that, another tool was used to unlock it. I need to get my 20 credits back. Thank you.

In case of problem with password just follow the instruction how to get username/password http://forum.gsmhosting.com/vbb/f296/sa ... t-2602453/ and be sure that you have entered it well.
