Hello.i update Best with Dongle Manager (activvated SM).and in 47 % power off.and that time Computer see Best.but i dont update dongle and when i run Best dont find dongle

- Click to "Read" button
DO NOT send screenshot/video but copy/paste text from software window !

Hello,
What to do:
1. Install required Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pdf
Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202
Download files -

1. Insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (good result for today is with Alcor Card-Reader)
The next steps are:
2. Run DongleManager
3. Update Dongle firmware
- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours
- DO NOT use any kind of usb sharing/trace/spy/debug software to avoid problem with Dongle !

Why do you want to kill your dongle with many useless tries ?
Have you read previous message well ?
- DO NOT update Smart-Card many times otherwise your account will be locked automatically after 3 tries for 24 hours

If you have another PC - try with other PC.
if you do not have other PC double check that drivers is updated and then update dongle one more time
