I have updated my dongle since 5hrs ago and the license file was confirmed to have been sent but uptill now I have not receive it. And each time I try to open the setup it will tell me it will be activated on 10mins time.
What should I do?

It's 3rd time you have the same issue. You completely ignore all our advices. It is not good.

Now send file fault.bin
from /InfinityBox/CM2MT2/ or /InfinityBox/CM2SP2/ or /InfinityBox/BEST/ folder
