execution for almost a month now. I have sent a mail to
ios@infinity-box.com but no response from server.. Please help

In some cases it may be a delay with iPhone processing but in most cases we handle it in time.
If you did not received answer from ios@... e-mail you can use Infinity Online Service Messenger to directly report delayed/failed job.
