IPHONE UNLOCKING PROBLEM

I HAVE A IPHONE 4G WHICH IS LOCKED TO SFR FRANCE? AND I ALREADY GET 500 CREDITS. when i try to get it on iphone unlock page i never found the place where i can put the imei . PLEASE HELP ME.

Hello,

It was a problem with SFR one day but for now everything is working well.
