Если суппорт на сегодня не продлён, то месяц добавится так же, как и тем, у кого суппорт продлён, но, как написано выше, есть нюанс: суппорт будет добавлен к дате ОКОНЧАНИЯ суппорта.
Это логично же. И если он кончился в ноябре 2022 года, то теперь Вы сможете использовать программы от декабря, а не ноября 2023 года.

Резюме: продлённый суппорт всегда лучше непродлённого.
