Can't activate option soft on my dongle

I try to activate AMT via 3gsm site, get error ValidationErrorMissingparameter 'SN'. Supprort answered that wrong SN.

I tried to copy SN from dongle-manager and type manually, both times it was rejected. Have you an opportunity to clarify the situation? The seller's support is too sluggish, no sense.
