Problem with Infinity interfaces

Is there a solution to this? I am facing a problem with the interfaces. When I restart the laptop, the interfaces do not open at all. Windows Defender has been stopped.

CM2MTK.exe
File damaged or manipulated and will not work anymore!
Obtain new version on www.infinity-box.com

Infinity SPD/UNI
Access violation at address 004044F1 in module 'CM2SP2.exe'.
Read of address 00000000.

CM2 do not run if your PC infected with virus.

The antivirus program was downloaded, the computer was cleaned, and the tools are working. But is it any use? Clean the computer with antivirus.

Same problem as the first, nothing changed
You can log into my computer and see for yourself what happens to the tools

check your PC and delete viruses
reinstall Infinity tools after that

I did what you said and still have the same problem !
I also made a new Windows version of the computer and the problem is still the same !

The tools still work once or twice and then stop working! In order for it to work, you must delete it, restart the computer, and install it again, and then the same problem occurs again
