CLAMING MY CLEDITS

I was trying to unlock Nokia 120G, Model TA: 1535. But It has deducted my cledits but the phone isn't unlocked. Can you help me please.

I was trying to unlock network for Nokia TA1535, It has shown that the unlock has failed but the credits have been removed. Here is the statistics:
1. Power off device, wait 10-15 seconds
2. Not hold any key on device ( OLD devices - 1 : VOL+ , 2 : VOL- )
3. Insert cable in device!
