Infinix X6816 not detecting on PC

I have an Infinix X6816 locked to an Easybuy MDM plugin. I tried to backup my files before flashing the mdm permanently but the phone not connecting to pc at all. Is it the plugin that block the pc conncetion or what? And pls how do I slove it. Thanks.
