Dongle misconfiguration - How to fix

Dear Friends,

Problem: Dongle misconfiguration
Reason: It may be a result of software (or drivers) conflicts or something like that.

How to solve:

Check Box/Dongle state:
- Run DongleManager
- Read S/N (Serial Number)
- You will see a Diagnostic message and Diagnostic Code

Diagnostic Code #57:
- Uninstall any kind of usb trace/spy/sharing software and do not use it in future
- Kill in your PC Device Manager all processes with name like usb3monitor
- Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
- Post here your dongle details (Copy/paste text) and attach here fault.bin file (if you have it in folder with software).


Diagnostic Code #62:
- Check and clean your PC for viruses
- Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
- Post here your dongle details (Copy/paste text) and attach here fault.bin file (if you have it in folder with software).


Other Diagnostic Code:
- Find in folder with CM2 or [BEST] software file fault.bin
- Post here your dongle details (Copy/paste text) and attach here fault.bin file (if you have it in folder with software).


- Please DO NOT send us screenshots but only text with explanation and Box/Dongle details are required !
- Please DO NOT update Box/Dongle with DongleManager without supporter confirmation otherwise your server account may be locked for a long time after 3 tries to avoid Smart-Card damage !

Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
- Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
- Install latest Infinity software updates
- Run DongleManager
- Update Dongle firmware

IMPORTANT: only ONE update try is allowed so in case of problem DO NOT try to update card again !

compliments sir, i have been having this challenge with my dongle for a while, some times it works and some times it do not work, i used dongle manager to try to fix the issue, but there was no fault bin found on my system. here is a log of the dongle manager i have below.

that is the error i get on dongle manager

at times if i run any of the module i get this errors as well {send - receive error iso7816 error 0x6F00 < JVM error that has no specified diagnosis >) some times dongle will not be found until system is restarted. please help me out as this is my problem sir. i read the post of yellow boss in forum on the subject matter but to no avail. waiting on you sir

This dongle was registered in year 2006 so it may be hardwre fault.
