How to Register [BEST] and get licence file

with my old best dongles. one is not working and other get email and so.also creat .ask file but after that it gets again hangs. and again no more working. please help.

Disable your PC Antivirus and Firewall or give enough access for BEST.exe

- Go to c:/InfinityBox/BEST/ folder
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.ask file
- Delete License_best_xxxxxxxx.dat file
- Run BEST.exe
- Enter GOOD WORKING e-mail address and you will get licence file to your mailbox

doing all as per instruction... it creat licence file but after that its hangs. close programme and restart and says invalid licence. this is problem. need help.

you must disable your PC firewall.
Anso you must respect supporters and follow the advice instead of make fake posts.

Sir, Firewall is off and have antivirus in computer. I have installed new windows 7.
When Best make licence file it shows 0 kb in side. may be this is problem.
Please if possible can check through team viwer and solve the problem.

problem is with your PC
you must login as Administrator
install to c:/BEST/ but not to /Program Files/

Now have done windows 10 pro..... but now problem with usb device token with yallow triangle sign. traying till i success. now where i am wrong? card reader or device manager donot read card? have searched all trying all possible solution. Please best help is always from your side.

Thanks for good help..... But now dongle is not recongnice, Yallow tringle sign in device manger.all drivers have tried but always failed. ((( ANTIVIRUS AND FIREWALL ARE OFF)). Please help me or send me Licence file in mail as was before that i can run the firmware of BEST.

You told you reinstalled Windows. Right?
I can't believe that your newly installed windows gives such strange issue so I am sad to see that you gave to me fake info about new windows etc.

What to do: you must run BEST at good working PC with firewall and antivirus disabled.
If you need dongle drivers you can download drivers from Infinity web site.

It's last time you get answer here.

Thanks for help. Problem solved... Every thing was ok i only change the dongle and its work. Problem was the dongle . not with card or with computer.
