Dongel update problem

Hello folks

New to this forum and happey to be here . . and thanks for adding me

i have this problem with my best dongle .. i hope i solve it there ..

Hello,

1. Install REQUIRED Card-Reader Drivers - https://infinity-box.com/support/?r=6

Drivers version after installation should be 2.5.6.0823 or 2.5.9.1202

2. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe

OR


1. Insert Infinity Smart-Card into another Card-Reader (dongle or box). Good result gives Alcor Card-Reader

Have you updated drivers as per given instruction?

Also you can:
1. try with other PC
2. try with another card-reader (dongle)

YES UPDATED DRIVERS AS EXPLAINED AND I CHECKED THE DRIVERS VERSION ARE RIGTH..
AND I TRY MANY TIME
BY THE WAY I HAVE WIN 10, IS THAT A PROBLEM ?
I DONT HAVE ANOTHER PC TO TRY ELSE WHERE

It's your bggest problem. You must try ONCE!

Now you must find another PC or insert Smart-Card into another Dongle (card-reader) and update ONCE
Result?
