Hello,

1. Read this - https://infinity-box.com/legal/eula/

2. Uninstall/disable Eltima/Flexihub and other usb sharing tools and do not use it at the same time with Infinity software.

3. Update dongle with Infinity DongleManager.exe

4. Delete fault.bin file (if you have it in CM2 folder)

5. Run Infinity exe

You can use previous software verions unlimited but if you want to use latest software updates you should renew support.

How to renew support and use latest Infinity [CM2] software:

1. If you have credits at your IOS account:
- Sign In to your IOS account - https://infinity-box.com/service/
- Go to `Products` menu
- Select `Infinity support renew 1 year`
- Enter your dongle Serial Number

2. If you do not have credits at your IOS account:
- Contact to any seller https://infinity-box.com/buy/ and renew [CM2] support for 1 or 2 years.
- Send your dongle Serial Number to seller

hi support team , after contacting the sup on gsm forum for months now
the solution they gave me is that "
Smart-Card S/N 0811DD8C is from year 2005, it's 16 years old.


Try to connect Dongle to another PC
Try to insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader or Box

If problem still exist:
- Remove Smart-Card from Card-Reader
- Clean Smart-Card contacts
- Try to use hot air gun and heat Smart-Card
- Insert Smart-Card back to Card-reader

If problem still exist this means it's a hardware problem and you should buy new Dongle.

If you will get new dongle we can transfer activations from old dongle to new one. "

after trying everything i decided to buy a new dongle & it arrived 3 days ago ,
im trying to contact them on the forum but no answer after a bit of research i found out that i need to email u guys with the old sn & the new one so here i am :
old sn = 0811DD8C
new sn = 47E08A52

Your words "no answer" is not true, you got an answer at gsmhosting.
Please in future use only one contact method to avoid confusion.
