Hello,

To avoid software conflicts in future please do not use "Hexframe" at the same time with Infinity software.

What to do now:
1. Delete fault.bin file from software folder (if you have it there)
2. Install latest Infinity software updates
3. Run DongleManager
4. Update Dongle firmware


Only ONE update try is allowed !
In case of problem DO NOT update card again !

Smart-Card has latest firmware version or probably support period is expired.

Your dongle is well working, active and renewed. It has latest firmware version.
You do not need to update dongle firmware for now.
