You already have full version, why do you want to activate 4 years old Test version ?

I have updated my dongle since 5hrs ago and the license file was confirmed to have been sent but uptill now I have not receive it. And each time I try to open the setup it will tell me it will be activated on 10mins time.
What should I do?
