Smart-Card/Dongle/Box update Problems and Solutions

Dear Sirs,

If you have a problem with your Box/Dongle Smart-Card - post here DongleManager error text.

- Please copy/paste ONLY TEXT but not pictures and/or video !
- Please remove Online Service Passoword from your message !
- Please do not update your Smart-Card many times because you can damage Smart-Card permanently !
- Please update Smart-Card ONLY ONE TIME otherwise server can lock your account for 24 or more hours for security reason



If you have Card-Reader Type FT SCR2000 you should update Card-Reader Drivers:
- File with Drivers: CardReader_Fetian_FT2K.7z
- File with Instruction: Infinity-Box_How_to_update_FT_SCR2000_CardReader_drivers.pdf
- Download files here
Also you can insert Smart-Card into another Card-Reader.

Smart-Card update process may takes up to 4-5 minutes to complete.

During update process software may seem hanging but please DO NOT close or terminate forcely application.
It may cause harm to your Smart-Card. Just let the process to be finished.
- Connect Infinity Box/Dongle (Smart-Card) to PC
- Disconnect all other Boxes/Dongles (Smart-Card) from PC
- Update Smart-Card Reader drivers to latest version
- Disable Antivirus and Firewall
- DO NOT interrupt update process even if you think that software is freez !

You have erased Dongle S/N in your post, no solution can be provided in this case.
Please in future do not edit logs
